摘 要:乳房炎是奶牛的一种常见性疾病,一般分为临床型乳房炎和隐性乳房炎两类。由于隐性乳房炎症状轻微,常被人们所忽视,不仅严重影响患牛的产奶量、乳品质,推迟产后发情和妊娠时间,而且易在牛群中传播,给奶牛业造成严重损失,同时牛奶品质发生变化,还会危及人类健康。因此,积极预防控制奶牛隐性乳房炎的意义十分重大。本研究从隐性乳房炎患牛的乳汁中分离鉴定出沙雷氏菌、葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌,同时对隐性乳房炎患牛的乳汁进行了微生物多样性分析,旨在为奶牛临床型乳房炎及隐性乳房炎的防治提供理论基础。Mastitis is a common disease of dairy cows which is generally divided into clinical mastitis and subclinical mastitis categories.Since the symptoms are mild subclinical mastitis and often been ignored, not only seriously affect the diseased cow's milk production, milk quality, prolong postpartum estrus and pregnancy time, and easy to spread popular in the herd, causing serious losses to the dairy industry, at the same time the quality of the milk changes, but also endanger human health.Therefore, the active prevention and control of bovine subclinical mastitis is significance.In this study, Serratieae, Staphylococcus and Escherichia coli were punfied and iedentified from samples of subclinical mastitis cows milk and microbial diversity analysis of milk from subclinical mastitis cows was done. The result provide a theoretical basis for the cow mastitis and subclinical mastitis prevention.
