摘　　要：随着生活质量提高，康复医学受到关注，同时一些康复医学相关的伦理问题也暴露出来。本篇文章主要阐述了医学伦理四大原则在康复医学领域中的体现。并且着重讨论了康复医学相关的三大伦理问题，包括：患者的选择和医疗资源的分配；康复团队治疗模式涉及的伦理问题以及康复目标制定过程中存在的伦理问题，并提出了相应的可供选择的解决方法。In recent years, we studied ethical issues as their relate specifically to the speciality of Rehabilitation Medicine. Prior to this, most ethicists were more concerned with acute care medical issues involving life and death decisions. However, with the ageing population and the emphasis society now places on returning patients to the maximum possible level of function, greater consideration is being given to ethical dilemmas that are relevant to rehabilitation medicine. This paper examines the major ethical principles of nonmaleficence, autonomy, beneficence and justice.
