中药注射剂不良反应探讨及预防对策

摘　　要：目的探讨中药注射剂的不良反应,进行分析和统计,提出相应的预防措施。方法收集2007年1月-2015年7月报告的中药注射剂不良反应共128例,并对病患的性别、年龄、发生不良反应系统、临床表现及制剂品种等进行分析。结果 128例发生中药注射剂不良反应的患者中,男女比例为1∶1.37;50岁以上患者72例,占56.25%;所累及的系统主要为皮肤及附件组织,共89例,69.53%,其次为循环系统,共10例,占7.81%,再次为全身性损害,共9例,占7.03%;涉及不良反应的排名在前10位的的中药注射剂分别为血塞通注射剂、丹参川芎注射液、痰热清注射液、苦碟子注射液、血栓通注射剂、丹红注射液、生脉注射液、参芪扶正注射液、灯盏花素注射液、葛根素注射液,用法均为静脉滴注。结论中药注射剂已广泛应用于临床,其不良反应也较常见,应提高合理用药水平,加强合理用药管理,避免和减少不良反应的发生。Objective To explore the adverse reactions of Chinese herbal injection and propose corresponding preventive measures after statistical analysis. Methods From January 2007 to July 2015,the reported128 cases of adverse reactions of Chinese herbal injection were collected and analyzed in terms of gender,age,adverse reactive system,clinical manifestation and preparation variety. Results Of 128 cases of adverse reactions of Chinese herbal injection,the ratio of male and female was 1 to 1. 37. 72 cases were aged over 50 years,accounting for 56. 25%. Skin and the attached tissues were involved in 89 cases,accounting for69. 53%; the circulatory system was in 10 cases,accounting for 7. 81% and the general damage was in 9 cases,accounting for 7. 03%. The top 10 Chinese herbal injections with adverse reactions were xuesaitong injection,danshen chuanxiong injection,tanreqing injection,kudiezi injection,xueshuantong injection,danhong injection,shengmai injection,senqi fuzheng injection,dengzhaihuasu injection and gegensu injection. The intravenous injection was used. Conclusion The Chinese herbal injection is extensively used in clinic and the adverse reactions are common. The administration of Chinese herbal injection should be strengthened rationally to avoid or reduce adverse reactions.
