摘  要:在油田生产系统外产生的废液主要是由于注入井洗井、注水干线清洗、钻控放溢流、生产井作业和压裂液返排所致。针对废液水质特性,在综合废液储存池周边,对大庆葡萄花油田在用的磁分离处理工艺和溶气气浮处理工艺开展对比试验。试验结果表明,当处理后水质要求含油浓度≤300 mg/L、悬浮固体浓度≤300 mg/L时,磁分离处理工艺需投加聚合氯化铝85 kg/d,铁粉37 kg/d,聚丙烯酰胺18 kg/d;溶气气浮处理工艺需投加氧化剂115 kg/d,絮凝剂72 kg/d,助凝剂25 kg/d。磁分离废液处理工艺具有占地面积小,可移动处理,药剂投加量少,以及运行管理相对简单等特点。During the production process in oil fields,waste liquid produced outside the systems is mainly come from injection well washing,water injection line cleaning,discharge overflow discharge of drilling and control,production well operation and fracturing fluid backflow.According to characteristics of the liquor waste,contrast experiment is conducted between magnetic separation and dissolved air floatation treatment process around the storage pool of integrated waste liquid in Daqing Grape Flower Oilfield.The results show that if oil and suspended solid concentration of the treated water both need to be less than or equal to 300 mg/L,magnetic separation treatment process must be applied with putting in polymer aluminum chloride 85 kg/d,iron power 37 kg/d,polyacrylamide 18 kg/d;or dissolved air floatation treatment process must be applied with putting in oxidizing agent 115 kg/d,flocculating agent 72 kg/d and coagulant aids 25 kg/d.Magnetic separation treatment process has characteristics such as small occupied area,processing movably,small dose of medicine and simple operation management.
