摘  要:为了便于钢制焊接储罐设计人员合理地选取立式储罐罐壁厚度的计算方法进行储罐罐壁厚度计算,利用储罐设计规范GB 50341—2014、JIS B 8501—1985、BS EN 14015—2004、API650—2013中定设计点法与变设计点法的基本公式、特点及差异性,对1×10~4m3、5×10~4m^3及10×10~4m^3储罐进行了罐壁厚度计算。计算结果表明,D≤30 m的立式储罐罐壁厚度可选用定设计点法或变设计点法;30 m<D≤60 m的立式储罐罐壁厚度可选用变设计点法或定设计点法加变设计点法校核的方法;D>60 m的立式储罐罐壁厚度应选用变设计点法。因此,变设计点法适用于所有的储罐罐壁厚度计算,合理的罐壁设计方法对储罐的安全使用具有重要的意义。In this paper,the basic formulas,characteristic and difference of fixed-design-point method and variable-design-point method on the design code of storage tanks "GB50341-2014、JIS B 8501-1995、BS EN 14015-2004、API 650-2013" were introduced in order to choose the reasonable calculation method of the vertical storage tank shell thickness.Then the calculations of 1× 10~4m^3 storage tank,5×10~4m^3 storage tank and 10×10~4m^3 storage tank with fixed-design-point method and variable-design-point method were done.The results showed that the fixed-design-point method and variable-design-point method should be used for D ≤30 m vertical storage tanks;the fixed-designpoint method and variable-design-point method should be used for 30 m D ≤60 m vertical storage tanks;the variable-design-point method should be used for D60 m vertical storage tanks.Therefore,the variable-design-point method is suitable for all vertical storage tank thickness calculation and it is important to choose reasonable tank thickness calculation method for safty reasons.
