摘 要:液化天然气(LNG)接收站工艺管道材质主要为奥氏体不锈钢,在管道试压过程中,海边潮湿空气或试压用水中的氯离子容易引起管道腐蚀,造成质量破坏。在分析了奥氏体不锈钢的腐蚀原因后,通过具体试验验证了氯离子对不锈钢管道的腐蚀。结合工程建设实践,针对试压介质确定及试压过程提出了预防腐蚀的措施,指出了标准规范对奥氏体不锈钢试压用水氯离子含量规定不一致问题,提出了需控制气压试验及系统吹扫用气露点值的观点,并给出了具体数值(-10℃以下)。The main material of process piping in LNG terminal is austenitic stainless steel.During the pressure test of pipeline,chloride ion in moist sea air or test water is easy to cause corrosion of pipeline,which can result in quality problems.The corrosion causes of austenitic stainless steel were analyzed,and the corrosion of the stainless steel pipeline caused by chloride ion was verified by specific tests.According to constructional practice,the suggestion for preventing corrosion about the pressure medium and the process of pressure test are put forward,the problem about standards on the content of chloride ion in the test water used in pressure test of austenitic stainless steel is pointed out,the point view of the need to control the dew point value of gas for pressure test and purge is proposed,and the concrete numerical value is given(below-10 ℃).
