摘 要:故障树是可靠性和安全评价领域常用的分析方法,具有逻辑清晰,使用灵活等特点,可实现定性和定量评估。将故障树分析法引入天然气脱硫工艺流程的风险评价,并做出了评价框图。根据川科1井脱硫流程安全特点,建立了穿孔和破裂两种失效模式的故障树模型,计算分析其最小割集和基本事件结构重要度。根据结构重要度排序,分析对整个脱硫流程风险贡献较大的基本事件,考虑现实条件,提出了现阶段川科1井风险缓解措施。Fault tree is a common analysis method for reliability and safety assessment,with advantages of clear logic and flexible use,which can realize both qualitative and quantitative evaluation.The fault tree analysis is introduced into risk assessment of gas desulfurization process and the evaluation block diagram is given.According to the safety characteristics of desulfurization process of well chuanke-1,a fault tree model for two failure modes of perforation and burst was set up and the minimum cut sets and structure important degrees of basic events were calculated.According to structure important degrees order,basic events with big risks in the desulphurization process are analyzed.Considering the reality conditions,risk mitigation measures are concluded on well chuanke-1 actual situation.
