摘　　要：阐述了钕铁硼稀土永磁材料脉冲充磁过程的应用技术,分析了过程参数变化对充磁质量的影响,以及钕铁硼饱和充磁过程中存在的问题,从而对充磁夹具的选取达到磁体的饱和磁化,另外对几种不同牌号钕铁硼磁体充磁效果进行了比较。The NdFeB rare earth permanent magnet pulse magnetization process application of technology was described.The impact of process parameters on the quality of the magnetization was analyzed.As well as the problems existing in the NdFeB saturation magnetization process,so as to achieve the selection of magnetizing fixture magnet saturation magnetization,in addition to several different brands of NdFeB magnet magnetization effect were compared.
