摘　　要：高校学风主要指大学生的学习风气。以燕山大学建筑工程与力学学院大学生为调查样本,通过开展以高校学风建设为主题的问卷调查,在学习动机、学习渠道、学习障碍、学习效果等方面得出实证调研数据,在此基础上从激发学习动机、拓展学习渠道、寻求有效"他律"等方面提出了有针对性的改进策略。Study style in universities mainly refers to the study ethos of the college students.Taking College of Civil Engineering Mechanics of Yanshan University as an example,the team carried out a questionnaire survey with the study style in universities as the theme.Based on the empirical survey data,improvement strategies are put forward from several aspects：inspiring learning motivation,implanting the internet thinking of learning,and seeking effective heteronomy,etc.
