摘　　要：以电子科技大学探测制导与控制技术专业的创新建设为例,重点从创新人才培养目标、特色培养模式、专业培养体系建设、实践教学体系建设、师资队伍和科研团队建设等几个方面,详细介绍了该专业创新建设的措施。针对本专业建设目前面临的主要问题,提出了相应的解决办法。In this paper,we take an innovation construction of the specialty of the detection guidance and control technology（UESTC） as an example,the major measures for specialty reform and innovation construction are introduced in detail.We study this topic from the aspects of innovative talent cultivation objectives,mode of talent cultivation,training and construction of course system,construction of practice teaching system,teaching staff and research group building.Aiming at the major problems faced to construction of the specialty,the corresponding measures are put forward to solve these problems.
