摘　　要：笔者有幸跟师侍诊于张唐法教授门诊学习,有感于张教授之厚德博学及其丰富的临床经验和独特的学术见解。其学术上博大精专,针术上刚柔并济,其临床治病提倡:尊经重任督;穴精而术灵;针药总相宜;健脾亦补肾;治病巧治神;医病先医心。In this paper, professor ZHANG TangFa＇s rich clinical experience and unique academic insights have been introduced. With the extensive professional academic and needle surgery of the hardness and softness, these ideas have been dvocated：Emphasis on the meridians and regulate the Kenduema; Streamlining election points and efficacious needle surgery; Acupuncture combined with medicine ; spleen with kidney ; Treatment with spirit conditioning; Treatment of disease with first psychological treatment.
