针刺治疗成人缺氧缺血性脑病的现状分析

摘　　要：成人缺氧缺血性脑病多发生于心肺复苏后,以意识障碍为主要临床表现,属于中医的"卒死""神昏"之证,病位在心和脑。通过分析了不同针刺方法治疗成人HIE的效果及作用机制,得出了针刺治疗HIE具有作用机制多样,多靶点效应,既可以给头颈部血管局部刺激,又可以循经取穴,远隔取穴调理全身血液循环,达到醒脑开窍的效果。The hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy （HIE）of adult patients usually come on after the cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR）, with disturbance of consciousness as the main clinical manifestations, which belongs to the category of TCM sudden death or coma and related to heart and brain. Through analyzing mechanism and effect of the different methods of acupuncture to treat the adult HIE patients, it concludes that acupuncture can stimulate the regional vessels of head and neck and improve the general blood circulation to promote brain resuscitation.
