置换法压井工艺技术现场应用

摘　　要：在油气井发生溢流、井涌甚至井喷时,由于井内管柱结构特殊导致油套不连通,无压井液循环通道,无法采用常规的方法压井,只能采用置换法压井工艺解决问题。对置换法压井原理及操作步骤进行了介绍,通过现场应用和实践总结,提出了压井过程中压井液类型的选择、井口设备承压能力的考虑、计量罐的选择等应注意的事项和建议。When overflow,well gush even blowout occurs in oil and gas wells,unconnection between tubing and case is appeared because of special string structure,causing no circulating channel of killing fluid,so,the killing tech of displacement method can only be used to solve problems for being unable to adopt the conventional killing methods. The principle,operation procedures of it are introduced,and through field applications and practical summarization,the precautions and suggestions in the process of well killing,like selecting type of killing fluid,consideration about bearing capacity of well head equipment,selection of metering tank,etc,are put forward.
