摘  要:塔中I号气田是一个超深层复杂大型油气田,具有储层埋藏深、温度高、缝洞发育、易喷易漏、高含H2S等特点,目前主要采用水平井方式进行开发,施工作业面临井下条件复杂、作业工况恶劣等难点,水平井完井送入管柱存在丢手前管柱内外有压差、中和点不好找的问题。为此,提出了送入管柱结构优化方案,研制了环空压差式循环阀和伸缩短节,细化了送入管柱的坐封与丢手工序。经现场50余井次的应用表明,该技术使悬挂式封隔器丢手操作更为简便,提高了丢手作业的安全性和可靠性。Tazhong I gas field is a large and complex oil-gas field,with the characteristics of deep-buried reservoir,high temperature,well-developed fissures and cavities,being easily blowout and leakage and high H_2S,for which the horizontal well are mainly used to carry on the development,and operations face difficulties such as complicated down-hole conditions or harsh working conditions,the problem of having pressure difference for test string in horizontal completion well before releasing process,being hard to find the neutral point. So,the optimization scheme of the string structure is put forward,annulus pressure differential type circulating valve and slip joint are developed,set and releasing processes for delivery test string are refined. By 50 wells applications,as example to introduce its application effect,it shows that this technology can simplify the releasing operation for hanged packer,rise up the safety and reliability of the releasing process.
