复方龙血竭口腔溃疡双层膜的研制

摘　　要：目的:研制剂型更适合治疗口腔溃疡的双层膜药物制剂。方法:通过预试验和L9(33)正交试验,筛选出适宜的口腔溃疡双层膜处方,用匀浆流延成膜法制成双层膜剂并进行相关指标的测定。结果:以2.5%乙基纤维素无水乙醇液作为空白隔离层,1.5%的壳聚糖和2.0%的明胶以1∶1配比作为药膜层得到的双层膜剂,外观性状及性能良好。结论:该制备工艺简便、易行,可用作复方龙血竭口腔溃疡双层膜的制备。OBJECTIVE To develop double-layer drug films of compound resina draconis for treating recurrent oral ulcer.METHODS According to previous researches and orthogonal experiments,optimal formulas were screened for drug layer and sealingcoat layer,then double-layer drug films were prepared and relevant parameters were measured. RESULTS Double-layer drug films were prepared with 2. 5% ethylcellulose ethanol solution as the sealing-coat layer solution,and 1. 5% chitosan and 2. 0% gelatin water solution at a 1∶ 1 ratio as the drug layer solution showed good appearance and performance. CONCLUSION The preparation technique is feasible and can be used for preparing double-layer drug films of compound resina draconis against oral ulcer.
