摘 要:目的:考察电解质、氨基酸、温度、pH等因素对小儿复方氨基酸注射液(18AA-Ⅰ)调配的新生儿肠外营养液稳定性影响。方法:严格按照无菌操作调配新生儿肠外营养液,分别于0,12,24 h考察其外观变化、测定其pH值、不溶性微粒数、乳粒粒径大小及粒度分布。结果:营养液的外观和pH均变化不大,电解质用量过多、高温(40℃)和pH过低(5.0)的营养液的平均粒径和聚合物分散性指数(PDI)均变大,40℃下放置的营养液和pH 5.0的营养液在24 h均出现粒径大于5μm的乳粒,占比均超过5.0%。结论:电解质、温度、pH的改变对新生儿肠外营养液稳定性影响较大。电解质用量较多,温度较高,pH较低时,新生儿肠外营养液不稳定;氨基酸用量较多,新生儿肠外营养液较稳定。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of electrolyte,amino acid,temperature and pH on the stability of the neonatal parenteral nutrition prepared with pediatric compound amino acid injection. METHODS In strict accordance with the sterile operation,the neonatal parenteral nutrition was mixed and respectively placed at 4,25,40 ℃,and observed for changes of appearance,pH,insoluble particles and the size and distribution of grains. RESULTS No change was observed in appearance or pH value of nutrition. The average particle size and PDI values of nutrient solution increased for high content of electrolyte,high temperature( 40 ℃)and low pH( 5. 0). Size greater over 5 micron accounted for more than 5. 0% of nutrient solution placed below 40 ℃ and pH 5. 0 within 24 h. CONCLUSION The electrolyte,pH value and temperature have great influences on stability of the neonatal parenteral nutrient solution. Higher electrolyte concentration,higher temperature and lower pH value will result in bad stability of the neonatal parenteral nutrient solution. High content of amino acids favors the stability of the neonatal parenteral nutrient solution.
