摘　　要：大学生心理健康教育日益受到全社会关注,社会竞争加剧与科技进步促进全面高素质人才培养,这给高校辅导员工作带来严峻挑战。如何解决大学生心理问题,从确定重点关注人群、应对大学生心理问题等方面逐一探讨。Psychological health of college students is paid more and more attention by the whole society. Social competition and progress of science promote cultivating of high-quality talents. These have posed a serious challenge for college counselors. The paper provides an in-depth explorationon how to treat college students＇ mental health problems and improve their mental well-being.
