摘  要:通过用美国大叶白蜡作砧木进行芽接试验,结果表明:美国大叶白蜡和水曲柳的优良性状得到了互补,嫁接亲和力强,提高了抗逆性和生长量。在各嫁接方法中,T形芽接效果较好,平均成活率为95.5%;在4个时间段内,5月31日采用与T形芽接组合成活率最高,达到98.6%;在考虑当年高生长量时,同样是5月31日采用T形芽接高生长量最高,达到43.60cm;在3种砧木高度的处理中,以嫁接高度为10cm的处理,平均成活率最高,达到89.5%。-Bud-grafting experiments were conducted by taking Fraxinus chinensis as rootstock.Result shows that the excellent traits of Fraxinus chinensis and Fraxinus mandshurica get complementary;the grafting affinity is strong;the stress resistance and growth were improved.In each budding method,adopting T-shaped buds can obtain the optimal effect.The average survival rate is 95.5%.Among four time periods,the survival rate is the highest by adopting T-shpaed budding on May 31,being 98.6%;in considering the high growth rate in the very year.The high growth rate is the highest by adopting T-shaped budding on May 31,being 43.60cm;among the treatment of three heights of the rootstocks,the average survival rate is the highest while the grafting height is 10 cm,being 89.5%.
