摘　　要：农地征收冲突的治理困境的形成与征收中的公正标准缺失有直接的关系。缺少公认的征收公正标准,各方的征地行动就会陷入无序的状态。现阶段的征地过程中存在公正标准多元化以及由此导致的认同和执行危机。因此,树立公认的一元征地标准并通过法制来保障实行是治理农地征收冲突的根本之策。The formation of the dilemma in farmland expropriation has a direct relationship with the lack of standards of fairness,which leads the farmland expropriation into a state of disorder. At the present stage, there are diversified standards of fairness in farmland expropriation, which results in the crisis of recognition and implementation. Therefore, to establish a recognized standards and ensure the implementation through legal system is the fundamental way to solve the conflicts in farmland expropriation.
