摘 要:实验研究了湿法制备过氧化尿素的工艺条件,确定最佳条件为n(双氧水)∶n(尿素)=1.3∶1,反应温度30~50℃,结晶温度为0℃、程序降温速率为0.5℃/min,干燥温度50℃,在此条件下制备的过氧化尿素产品的质量分数达97%以上,满足了市场上对过氧化尿素纯度的要求。同时考察了一系列过氧化尿素的稳定剂和包膜剂,确定最佳的稳定剂为磷酸二氢钾,包膜剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。Process parameters for synthesis of urea hydrogen peroxide (UHP by wet method were investigated experimentally, and the optimal conditions were determined as follows: hydrogen peroxide/urea mole ratio of 1.3, reaction temperature of 30-50℃, crystallization temperature of 0℃, programmed cooling rate of 0.5℃/min and drying temperature of 50℃. Under above conditions, the purity of UHP product is more than 97%, which meets the market requirement. In addition, a series of stabilizers and coating agents for UHP product were tested, and the monopotassium phosphate and dodecyl benzenesulfonic were determined as the optimum stabilizers and coating agents, respectively.
