摘  要:贵金属Ru和非贵金属Ni均具有良好的COx加氢和烃类重整制氢的催化活性和稳定性,由于Ru价格昂贵,限制了其大规模生产应用。在Ni基催化剂中添加极少量的Ru可促进金属Ni的分散,减小Ni晶粒尺寸,降低NiO的还原温度,提高催化剂的活性。同时,Ni-Ru之间的协同作用还可抑制Ni晶粒的烧结,提高催化剂的稳定性。本文综述了双金属Ni-Ru催化剂在催化COx加氢甲烷化及烃类、醇类重整制氢等反应中的研究进展。The noble metal of Ru and non-noble metal of Ni have a good catalytic activity and stability in CO, hydrogenation and hydrocarbon reforming reactions. However, due to the high cost, the large-scale production and application of Ru are limited. Little amount of Ru introduced into the Ni catalysts can promote the dispersion of metal Ni, decrease Ni crystal size, reduce the reduction temperature of NiO and improve the activity of catalysts. At the same time, the synergy effects between Ni and Ru also inhibits the sintering of Ni crystals and improve the stability of the catalyst. In this paper, the advance in research on the bimetallic Ni-Ru catalysts used in several catalytic reactions, including COx hydrogenation for methanation and reforming of hydrocarbons and alcohols for hydrogen generation, is reviewed.
