摘 要:针对传统的经济性评估方法均基于横截面数据,并从静态角度进行研究的现状,首先将面板数据引入装备经济性评估,分析了其与横截面数据相比的优越性;然后,以某反水雷系统为对象,建立了基于面板数据的装备经济性评估模型,系统展示了模型选取与构建过程。研究结果表明:基于面板数据构建装备经济性评估模型是可行的、有效的,对提升装备论证方案经济性决策的科学性和准确性具有一定的理论和实践意义。Aimed at the present situation that traditional economic assessment methods are all based on the cross section data and research is carried out from the static perspective, the feasibility of the application of panel data model for equipment efficiency assessment is analyzed and the corresponding eva-luation index system is built. At the same time, the process of selection and construction of efficiency assessment model is displayed systematically by the panel data of a mine countermeasure system. The research result is of some theoretical and practical significance to the improvement of seienti- ficity and effectiveness in demonstration project of equipment economic decision.
