摘　　要：建立了涵盖平台性能、搜潜能力、攻潜能力的综合效能评估指标体系,提出一种应用熵权-灰色关联进行评估的方法,建立了相应的评估模型。熵权法可弥补主观赋权法随意性强的不足,灰色关联法可对信息不完全明确的多项指标进行综合评估。给出了应用实例,应用该方法对典型的反潜巡逻机的综合效能进行评估,验证所提方法的有效性和可行性。Because the deficiency of index system is simple and tactics and technic trait cannot be roundly reflected in typical anti-submarine patrol aircraft＇s effectiveness evaluation,a comprehensive effectiveness evaluating index system hss been established.It combined with platform capability,submarine searching ability and attacking ability.An integrated effectiveness evaluation method combined with entropy weight and gray correlations was put forward.The corresponding model was set up.The deficiency of subjectivity was remedied by using entropy weight method.Comprehensive evaluation of many gray indexes is carried out by using gray correlation method.It also gives an application example.Comprehensive effectiveness of typical anti-submarine patrol aircrafts is evaluated.The example indicates that the method is effective and feasible.
