摘　　要：针对工程训练趋同的现象,以本科工科教育分类理论为依据,在分析行业背景地方本科院校人才培养定位的基础上,以景德镇陶瓷大学为例,探讨了具有行业背景地方高校工程训练的实践教学体系的构建与特色定位。针对实践教学体系的顶层设计,阐述了如何融合陶瓷行业特色,强化工程训练中心建设,包括创新实习、实践教学内容;开展以陶瓷装备实训为内容要求的第二课堂小组活动;引导学生参加教师科研与创新、创业项目;选拔优秀学生参加学科竞赛等多种措施。打造具有陶瓷行业特色的工程训练实践教学平台,从而显著提高学校为行业与地方经济发展服务的有效度。Nowadays,there is a tendency for different local colleges to adopt very similar engineering training modes.We consider that different local undergraduate colleges should construct their own respective engineering training systems by analyzing their industry characteristics.According to the classification theory of undergraduate engineering education,taking Jingdezhen Ceramic Institute as an example,this paper analyzed the feature orientation and constructed the practical teaching system for engineering training in local universities with the industry background.In view of the toplevel design of the practical teaching system,this paper expounded how to strengthen the construction of engineering training center with ceramic industry characteristic,including reforming the practice teaching content;carrying out the second classroom activities covered the design and assembly of ceramic equipment;guiding students to participate in tutor＇ s scientific research,innovation and entrepreneurial projects;and selecting excellent students to participate in competition and so on.The result shows that the effectiveness of university＇s talent cultivation system for serving industry and local economic development is improving by building the engineering training practice teaching platform with the characteristics of ceramic industry.
