摘  要:针对某氧化铜矿石采用低碱度选别铜、银流程,选用组合抑制药剂腐植酸钠和次氯酸钙联合抑制硫化铁,减少石灰对伴生银金属回收的影响。在原矿铜品位0.20%、银48 g/t的条件下,最终通过闭路试验(两次粗选一次精选一次扫选)获得铜精矿品位17.36%,铜的回收率为81.42%,银的回收率为54.21%的试验结果。For copper, silver separation flow from one copper oxide with low alkalinity, the combined depressants agent that the sodium humate and calcium hypochlorite is adopted for combined inhibiting the ferric sulfide, which can reduce the effect of lime on the re- covery of associated silver metal. Under the condition that the grade of raw copper ore is 0. 02%, silver is 48g, the final closed circuit test ( twice rough concentrations, once cleaning, once scavenging) can get copper concentrate with 17.36% grade, and the recovery rate of cop- per is 81.42%, the recovery rate of silver is 54. 21%.
