包钢高炉喷吹低温半焦试验研究

摘　　要：低温半焦是高挥发份的烟煤经低温热解得到的固体炭质燃料,具有固定碳高,灰分低、硫低,挥发分较低的特点。高炉喷吹低温半焦的试验研究表明,其爆炸性、可磨性均能满足生产要求,燃烧率指标还要优于目前的混合煤粉;低温半焦若能在高炉冶炼领域得到利用,可以缓解无烟煤资源紧张的压力,拓宽高炉喷吹煤源选择范围。Low temperature semi coke is a solid carbonaceous fuel of high volatile bituminous coal by pyrolysis obtained,with high fixed carbon,low ash,low sulfur,low volatile.The experimental research of blast furnace injection of low temperature semi coke shows that the explosion and grindability can meet the production requirements,and the combustion rate is better than that of the present mixed pulverized coal.If the low temperature semi coke can be used in the field of blast furnace smelting,it can relieve the pressure of anthracite resource and widen the range of injection coal source selection.
