摘　　要：文章研究了在包钢钢管公司Φ460 mm PQF连轧机组生产的20优质碳素结构钢无缝钢管,针对轧态无缝管屈服强度偏低的情况,从材料的规格、化学成分、力学性能以及它们的相关性分析了屈服强度偏低的原因,并提出改进措施,保证钢管的质量。In the paper,seamless steel tube of No.20 high quality carbon structural steel which produced by Φ460 mm PQF continuous rolling mill in Baotou Steel is studied.Aiming at the situation that the yield strength of rolled seamless tube is low,the causes of the low yield strength are analyzed from the material specification,chemical composition,mechanical properties and their correlation.And the improvement measures are put forward to ensure the quality of the steel tube.
