摘　　要：转炉炉壳是转炉炉体的重要组成部件,文章讨论的150 t转炉炉壳是包钢炼钢厂的主要设备。它的制作工艺是否合理直接影响到了转炉的安全使用及预期使用年限。通过包钢机械设备公司的生产实践,检验了制作工艺的合理性和可行性,达到了图纸的技术要求和相关标准要求。The converter shell is an important component of converter body.The 150 t converter shell discussed in this paper is the main equipment in Steel-melting Plant of Baotou Steel.Its production process is the direct impact on the safe use and the expected useful life of the converter.Through the production practice of Baotou Steel Mechanical Equipment Company,test the rationality and feasibility of production process to meet the technical requirements of drawings and the requirements of relevant standards.
