摘  要:在对EFB富液起停电池正极配方中添加剂4BS和红丹添加量进行配比优化改进后,正极板的基本理化参数没有发生显著性改变。并且,经过配比优化,在不改变固化及化成工艺的条件下,通过对4BS含量在局部范围内进行波动调整,大幅度地降低红丹的添加量,不仅未使6-QWQT-60起停电池的性能有明显降低,反而对循环耐久寿命有一定的提升作用。By improving the addition ratio of 4BS and red lead in positive formula of EFB lead-acid battery, the physical and chemical parameters of the positive plates are not changed significantly. After ratio optimization of adjusting the content of 4BS in the local scale and drastically decreasing the addition of red lead, the performance of 6-QWQT-60 start-stop lead-acid battery is not reduced significantly, instead its circulating endurance life is prolonged under the unchanged conditions of curing and formation process.
