摘  要:长庆某油田属超低渗透、高油气比油藏;同时该油区自然和社会条件极其复杂,况且地方政府对油区整体开发安全环保要求非常高。为了实现油田规模效益开发和安全环保建设的双重目标,在油田地面开发和建设中系统研究和应用了一系列新工艺和新技术,它包括井场设施优化技术、橇装设备规模应用、油气全密闭集输工艺和伴生气循环利用配套技术等。通过这些工艺和技术的应用,达到了节约土地,缩短地面建设周期、回收伴生气资源和减少CO2排放量的效果。Changqing Oilfield is an ultra low permeability and high gas oil ratio oilfield, its natural and social conditions are extremely complex, and the local government made a request for the region safety and environmental protection. In order to realize the goal of economies development,safe construction and environmental protection, a series of new process and technologies are studied and applied in oilfield surface development and construction, including the well site facilities optimization, the large- scale application of skid- mounted equipment, the full closed oil and gas gathering and transportation technology and the gas recycling technology. By the application of the processes mentioned above, the purpose of saving land, shortening the ground construction cycle,recycling the associated gas and reducing the CO_2 emissions was achieved.
