摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节交叉韧带黏液样变性的磁共振成像(MRI)表现及其伴随征象。方法回顾性分析65个交叉韧带黏液样变性的膝关节MRI资料,由3位主治医师以上职称的影像医生分别进行独立读片达成一致共识,记录病变的部位、形态、范围、信号特点及其伴随征象的MRI征象。结果 61例患者中65个膝关节MRI显示前交叉韧带黏液变性57个(57/65,88%),前后交叉韧带均受累8个(8/65,12%),合并腱鞘囊肿13个(13/65,20%),合并骨内腱鞘囊肿10个(10/65,15%),其中Ⅳ期骨性关节病有46个(46/65,71%)。结论 MRI能准确判断交叉韧带黏液样变性及其合并征象,有助于关节镜术计划的制定。Objective To describe MR presentation and its common incidental signs of mucoid degeration in cruciate ligament. Methods To review 65 cases with mucoid degeneration in cruciate ligament which all had been examined by magnetic resonance machines. All the MR images were evaluated by three senior radiologists by consensus and the diagnostic criteria for ligament muciod degeneration and its common incidental based on the prior MRI features.To decribe the features of mucoid degeneration in cruciate ligament and ganglion cyst and to record the associated signs.Results Sixty-five cases had imucoid degeneration, 57（57/65, 88%） cases in ACL, 8（8/65, 2%） cases in ACL and PCL,and 13（13/65, 20%） had features of both mucoid degeneration and ganglion cysts, 10（10/65, 15%） had intraosseous cysts.46（46/65, 71%） cases had severe osteoarthritis（ Ⅳstage）. Conclusion Cruciate ligament mucoid degeneration and its associated signs can be accurately judged by knee MRI, and it will be benefit for the arthroscopic surgery planning.
