摘  要:研究干旱胁迫对匍枝委陵菜和荆芥生长、叶片解剖结构及光合特性的影响,以了解2种植物的耐旱能力及差异。结果表明,干旱胁迫下,匍枝委陵菜的相对生长量高于荆芥;2种植物的叶片厚度、净光合速率、胞间二氧化碳浓度及叶绿素含量均随干旱胁迫程度的加深而减少,其中,匍枝委陵菜下降幅度较小;栅栏组织与海绵组织的比值均随干旱程度的加深而增加,其中,荆芥增加幅度较大;叶绿素a与叶绿素b的比值及类胡萝卜素与叶绿素的比值在干旱胁迫下未发生显著变化。综合各测试指标及对植株观察的结果认为,2种植物均有较强的耐旱能力,其中,匍枝委陵菜的耐旱能力更强。The effects of drought stress on growth, Leaf anatomical structure and photosynthetic characteristics of Nepeta cataria and Potentillaflagellaris were studied to understand difference between the two species in respect of drought tolerance ability. The results showed that under drought stress Potentillaflagellaris had higher relative growth rate than Nepeta cataria. With the increasing degree of drought stress, leaf thickness, net photosynthetic rate, intercellular carbon dioxide concentration and chlorophyll content of both two species decreased, with the smaller decreasing extent for Potentillaflagellaris. The ratio of palisade and spongy tissues increased with the increasing degree of drought stress, with the greater increasing range for Nepeta cataria. The ratio of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b, the ratio of carotenoid and chlorophyll didn't change significantly under drought stress. According to the indicators quoted above the two tested species could be considered as plants with more or less strong drought resistance ability, of which Potentilla flagellar- iswas higher than that of Nepeta cataria.
