杂交水稻D优3138父本不同栽培方式的高产制种技术

摘　　要：以信恢3138和D62A为试验材料,设信恢3138为A1(三角形栽培)和A2(宽行窄株稀植栽培)两种栽培方式,设"920"施用量为B1 225 g·hm^(-2)、B2 300 g·hm^(-2)、B3 375 g·hm^(-2)、B4 450 g·hm^(-2) 4个水平。试验设计为父本栽培方式A和"920"施用量B两因子4水平正交试验,分析各处理的结实率、千粒质量、黑粉病发病率及制种产量水平。结果表明,父本信恢3138在三角形栽培下最适应营养生长要求、能增强分蘖能力、增加最高分蘖发生数、提高有效分蘖数及推迟有效分蘖期,拉长父本的花期提高母本的授粉时间,"920"的喷洒量在B3 375 g·hm^(-2)时最适宜调节D优3138的父母本的花期、花时及花期相遇情况,从而能达到5.25 t·hm^(-2)的超高制种产量。Taking Xinhui 3138 and D62A as the test material, arranging two cultivation methods to Xinhui 3138 A1 （triangle cultiva- tion）, A2 （wide narrow row planting cultivation） ,and 4 level of fertilizer application amount to ＂920＂ B1 225 g·hm-E,B2 300 g·hm-2. B3 375 g·hm-2,B4 450 g·hm-2. The orthogonal test includes male cultivation A 2 factor and ＂920＂ fertilizer B 4 level, the seed set- ting rate and 1 000 grain weight, smut incidence and seed yield level were analyzed. The results showed that for the male Xinhui 3138 under triangle cultivation, its nutrition was suitable, tillering capacity enhernced, the maximum tiller number increased, effective to tiller number and the effective tillering stage delaied, the flowering time increased. For ＂920＂ under B3 375 g·hm-2spray volume , D You 3138 can reach the highest seed yield 5.25 t· hm-2.
