摘  要:《经济法学》课程教学存在教学内容混乱、内涵把握存在偏差和教学方法单一的突出问题,这影响了《经济法学》课程教学的实际效果。《经济法学》课程教学改革的思路是理顺课程内容设置和教学体系设计两方面,改革的目标是夯实基础、拓展视野和突出实践。《经济法学》课程教学体系改革和整体优化的路径包括合理优化理论教学体系、考量关联课程合理衔接、充分运用案例教学方法和紧密结合法律实践教学等四个方面。There exist the problems in the teaching of The Economic Law. the confused teaching contents, the deviation in grasping the meaning and the singleness of the teaching method, which affects its actual teaching effect. The idea of teaching reform of The Economic Law involves straightening out the course content and teaching system design. The goal of the reform is to consolidate the foundation, expand the field of vision and highlight the practice. The path of reform and overall optimization of the teaching system of The Economic Law includes four aspects as rationalizing the theory teaching system, considering the rational connection of related courses, fully applying case teaching method and closely combining with law practice teaching.
