辽育白牛“双肌”品系选育技术路线初探

摘　　要：肉牛双肌性状是由于位于第2条常染色体的肌肉生长抑制素基因(MSTN)缺失或突变造成的,双肌基因可以为牛同时带来高产与胴体优质的优点和繁殖与应激方面的缺陷。本文对双肌牛的遗传育种概况以及辽育白牛"双肌"品系的选育策略、选育方向与目标、选育技术路线、主要技术措施等进行了论述。Cattle muscular hypertrophy is caused by the deletion or mutation of the muscle growth inhibition gene（MSTN）, which located in the second chromosomes, and bring advantage of high yield and carcass quality and disadvantage of stress and reproduction. In this paper, the au- thor discusses the genetic bteeding survey of the double muscular cattle and the breeding strate- gy, the direction and the target, the technical route and the main technical measures of Liaoyu White Cattle ＂double muscle＂ strain.
