摘　　要：黑色素是广泛存在于自然界中的一类天然色素家族,主要分布于动物、植物和微生物中,本文主要论述了动物中黑色素的特征及种类、生成途径以及动物黑色素资源的研究进展。Melanin is one of the family of natural pigments widely exist in nature which are mainly distributed in animals, plants and microorganisms, this article mainly discusses thetraits and species of melanin, the melanin production means and the research progress of animal resources.
