摘  要:将有颜面肿胀症状死淘肉鸡的眶下窦分泌物接种到副鸡嗜血杆菌专用培养基,分离到两株少见菌,对这两株菌进行纯化,观察培养特性与革兰氏染色形态特征,用全自动细菌鉴定仪进行生化鉴定结果不理想,采用16S r DNA PCR扩增得到1 500 bp大小的条带,对扩增产物进行测序及序列比对,鉴定为阿涅蒂斯葡萄球菌和化脓隐秘杆菌。结果表明,肉鸡可以作为其他种属动物致病菌的宿主,16S r DNA扩增及测序技术对日益复杂的兽医细菌学检验具有重要作用。Sinus exudate of dead broiler chickens with swollen faces were inoculated on spe- cial medium for Haemophilus paragallinarum. Two strains of rare bacteria were isolated. The iso- lates were purified and observed cultural characteristics and gram morphological characteris- tics. The biochemistry assay by automated microbial identification system didn't achieve ideal results. 1 500 bp products were specifically amplified by 16S rDNA PCR. Sequence determination and alignment were accomplished and the isolates were identified as Staphylococcus agnetis and Trueperella pyogenes. The results showed that broiler chickens could be the host of some pathogen- ic bacteria which many other animals infect with. The tool of bacterial 16S rDNA amplification and sequencing plays an important role in veterinary bacteriology inspection which is becoming more and more complex.
