基于DEA模型的我国保险公司农险业务效率分析

摘　　要：本文选取2010-2014年14家经营农险的保险公司相关数据,采用投入导向型、规模报酬可变的DEA模型的非参数方法,分析我国保险公司的农险业务经营效率。结果显示,我国农业保险技术效率普遍偏低,阳光等专业性农险公司的效率表现强于综合性财险公司。最后通过分析效率值改进路径,针对如何提高我国农业保险公司效率水平提出相关建议。With the data from 14 companies managing agricultural insurance during 2010--2014, this paper uses the non--parameter method of DEA which is input--oriented and variable returns to scale to analyze the insurance companies ~ agricultural business efficiency. The results indicate that the technology efficiency of agricultural insurance is generally low, and the efficiency of the expert agricul- tural insurance such as Sunshine Insurance is better that that of those comprehensive property insurance companies. In the end, by analyzing the efficiency improving path, some countermeasures to improve the efficiency of agricultural insurance companies are put forward.
