摘 要:随着特高压输电线路的规划和建设增多,特高压电网已成为现代电网的重要组成部分,并对电网的运行控制带来了挑战。对特高压电网运行与控制的关键技术进行综述,围绕特高压电网功率控制与优化、特高压电网稳定性与控制等方面,对特高压电网输电能力、电磁环网运行与控制、最优潮流、无功优化与控制、稳定性与控制等方面进行了总结,提出了需要进一步研究和解决的技术问题。对特高压交流电网运行与控制方面的发展方向和技术趋势进行了展望,为后续特高压电网规划、调度、运行和控制提供了参考。With the increase of the UHV transmission line plan and construction, UHV power grid has become an important part of modem grid and brings much more challenges to the modern grid operation and control. The key technologies of the UHV power grid control and operation were outlined and summarized in this paper. Focusing on the aspects of the power flow control and optimization as well as the stability and control of the UHV power grid, the transfer capability, the operation of the electro-magnetic ring, the optimization of the reactive power flow, the research of the stability and control were also summarized and outlined in this paper. The technical problems which needed to be studied and solved were put forward. Besides, in order to provide reference for the planning, dispatching, operating and control of the UHV power grid, the technology trend and future direction in the aspects of operating and control about the UHVAC power grid were pointed out.
