刮痧辅助治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎22例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察刮痧辅助治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法收集44例确诊为急性化脓性扁桃体炎的患儿,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各22例。对照组给予常规抗生素治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上加用刮痧辅助治疗,治疗3 d后比较2组的总有效率、退热时间及证候总积分值。结果治疗组总有效率为100.00%,对照组为86.36%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组退热时间、症状积分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论刮痧辅助治疗小儿急性扁桃体炎能够提高临床疗效,缩短患儿康复时间,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effect on pediatric acute suppurative tonsillitis adjunctively treated with scraping therapy.Methods 44 cases of children with acute suppurative tonsillitis were collected and randomized into control group and therapy group.Control group was given conventional therapy of antibiotics while therapy group was given scraping therapy as adjuvant treatment based on the treatment in control group.After treated for 3 days,the effective rate,fever clearance time and the integral value of the clinical symptoms in two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate in therapy group and control group was 100.00% and 86.36% respectively with significant difference（P 〈 0.05）.Fever clearance time and the integral value of the clinical symptoms in therapy group were superior to these in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Applied as an adjuvant therapy,scraping therapy can treat pediatric acute suppurative tonsillitis effectively by shortening recovery time,which is worthy of promoting.
