运动康复训练结合补肾健脑针法治疗手足徐动型脑瘫患儿30例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察运动康复训练结合补肾健脑针法治疗手足徐动型脑瘫患儿的临床疗效。方法选取2013年10月至2016年2月在我院就诊的60例手足徐动型脑瘫患儿,随机分为2组,各30例。对照组给予运动康复训练,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予补肾健脑针法,治疗2月后观察2组患儿的临床疗效,治疗1月、治疗2月时的Ashworth评定量表(MAS)评分和脑瘫患儿日常生活能力(ADL)评分以及病情改善程度。结果对照组总有效率为73.33%,治疗组为93.33%,2组总有效率经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组患儿MAS评分、ADL评分在治疗1月、治疗2月时明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗2月时下降幅度大于治疗1月时(P<0.01);组间比较,治疗组在治疗1月、治疗2月时显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。对照组治疗后病情轻度者占53.33%,重度者占6.67%;治疗组轻、重度分别占66.67%,6.67%,与同组治疗前比较,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05);且治疗组轻度患儿比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运动康复训练结合补肾健脑针法能明显改善手足徐动型脑瘫患儿的临床症状,提高日常生活能力。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect on 30 cases of children with athetoid cerebral palsy treated by Bushen Jiannao acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy.Methods 60 cases of children with athetoid cerebral palsy treated in our hospital from October,2013 to February,2016 were randomized into therapy group and control group with 30 cases in each.The control group was treated with rehabilitation therapy.The therapy group was treated with Bushen Jiannao acupuncture based on the therapy of control group.After treatment for2 months,clinical curative effect of two groups,scores from MAS of Ashworth and ADL of children who were treated for 1 month or 2 months,as well as medical improvement were observed and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of control group and therapy group was 73.33% and 93.33% respectively with a significant difference between them（P〈0.05）.The scores of MAS and ADL from two groups’ children who were treated for 1 month or 2 months,comparing with those before treatment,decreased obviously（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,particularly scores after treatment for 2 months decreased more than these after treatment for 1 month（P〈0.01）.After treatment,the ratio of mild children was 53.33%,serious patients 6.67%,differences were statistical significance comparing with these in the same group before treatment（P〈0.05）.The ratio of mild children in the therapy group was obviously higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Bushen Jiannao acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy can treat children with athetoid cerebral palsy effectively by improving their movement function of significantly.
