摘　　要：水半夏(Typhonium Flagelliforme Bl.)是中药市场常见的中药材之一,也是广西道地药材,别名土半夏、田三七等。该药材来源于天南星科植物鞭檐犁头尖Typhoniumf lagelliforme(Lodd.)Blume的块茎。味辛,性温,有毒;功能燥湿化痰,止咳,用于咳嗽痰多、支气管炎等。由于水半夏和半夏功效相似,近年来,二者在临床中混用严重。从水半夏的药材鉴别、药理作用、化学成分等研究方面进行论述,以期为水半夏在临床使用中的合理性和安全性提供理论依据。Typhonium Flagelliforme B1. is one of the familiar traditional Chinese medicine in the traditional Chinese medicine mar- ket,its also a Chinese medi-cinal herb of GuangXi. Typhonium Flagelliforrne B1. also called Typhonium and Sanqi. Medicinal materials is the dry tuber of Typhoniurn Flagelliforme Bh a A-raceae plant. Typhonium Flagelliforme B1. of warm spicy,toxic,can he use to r-emovedampness to reduce phlegm and relieve a cough, hused to treat coughingphlegmy throat, chronictracheitis. Due to it had a similarity function with Rhiz-omaPinellia,in recent years, they mix serious in clinical. Therefore, this article m-ainly discuss the Typhoniurn Flagelliforrne B1. ＇s identification, pharmacology andchemical research, for Typhonium Flagelliforrne B1. rationality and safety in clin-ical use provides the reliable theory basis.
