摘　　要：目的:分析四妙通脉汤加减联合西药治疗免疫性血管炎的临床效果。方法:选入30例免疫性血管炎患者,根据简单随机对照的实验原则分为两组,治疗组患者15例,予四妙通脉汤加减联合传统治疗,对照组患者15例,予传统治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗12周后,治疗组患者总有效率高于对照组,且治疗后免疫球蛋白指标较对照组改善明显,治疗组不良反应发生率明显小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四妙通脉汤加减联合传统疗法治疗免疫性血管炎临床效果显著,可改善患者的症状,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of Four Wonderful Decoction Combined with western medicine in the treatment of immune vasculitis. Methods： 30 cases with immune vasculitis, according to simple randomized, controlled experimental principles, were divided into 2 groups, 15 cases of treatment group were treated with four wonderful Tong Mai decoction combined with traditional treatment; control group 15 cases were treated with traditional therapy. Statistics clinical total effective rate of the two groups of patients. Results：the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group after 12 weeks of treatment, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：clinical effect of Four Wonderful Decoction Combined with western medicine in the treatment of immune vasculitis, is obvious, and can improve the symptoms of patients, so the method is worth applying.
