摘　　要：本文介绍了110万吨/年PVC钾碱装置生产调度管理的范畴、工艺和技术,分析了试车试生产以来的调度管理运行情况。并针对试车试生产过程中出现的问题提出了具体解决措施,为同类装置提供了经验。The scope,process and technology of manufacture dispatching control of 1100 KPTA PVC potash plant were introduced,analyzed the dispatching management running conditions since commissioning work,and proposed specific solutions on the issues that appear during the commissioning work,that provided the experiences to the similar plant.
