摘　　要：为提升战略投送力量运用水平,剖析战略投送力量运用的主要内涵,分析我军战略投送力量运用必须确立的科学指导和基本原则,从完善战略投送力量运用预案体系、建立民用投送力量运用机制、健全战略投送力量运用评估机制、提升战略投送力量运用训练水平等方面,提出提升战略投送力量运用水平的对策与建议。To promote the level of strategic projection force application, the paper analyzes its connotation and the scientific guidance and basic principle, and puts forward following countermeasures for promoting the level of strategic projection force application： completing plan system, establishing mechanism for civil use, improving evaluation mechanism and upgrading training level.
