摘　　要：为适应国防和军队改革对海上方向军事行动联合投送保障提出的新要求,通过分析以海上方向为基点的联合投送保障面临的特点与规律,从训练、环境、设施、运力等方面查找存在的问题,提出深化理论研究加强理论储备、推进联合投送指挥机制构建、建强专业保障人才队伍、加强海空联合投送保障能力、加大运输设施贯彻国防要求、提升联合投送军民融合效益等加强海上方向军事行动联合投送保障能力的对策与措施。To adapt the new requirements of joint projection support for maritime military operation, after analyzing its char- acteristics and rules, the paper searches the existing problems from training, environment, facilities and transport capacity, and puts forward following countermeasures for strengthening joint projection support ability of maritime military operation ： deepening theory research and reserve, promoting the construction of joint projection command mechanism, constructing professional support personnel, strengthening the support ability of air-sea joint projection, improving transportation facili- ties implementing national defense requirements, and promoting ciril-military integrated efficiency of joint projection.
