摘　　要：草原蝗虫是川西北草原主要的生物灾害之一,近年来危害面积在50万公顷左右,危害面积居高不下。为加大对草原蝗虫的防治力度,采用1.2%烟碱·苦参碱乳油配制成不同浓度对草原蝗虫进行防治试验,结果表明,该乳油易于配制,对人畜安全,采用600 ml/hm^2稀释50倍14 d后防效可达93.85%,是防治草原蝗虫的理想药剂。Locust is one of the main biological disasters in northwest Sichuan grassland. During the past years, the annual damaged grassland area was 500 thousand hectares, and was in high level. In order to effectively control the locust, different concentration of Noco- tine. Matrine 1.2% EC were used for controlling the locust in grassland, the result indicated that Nocotine. Matrine 1.2% EC was safe to people, and easily confected. Fourteen days after spraying pesticide, control efficacy of 600 ml/hm2 ran into 95.69% , which indicates that Nocotine. Matrine 1.2% EC is perfect pesticide against locust in grassland.
