摘  要:钢渣的体积安定性不良问题是制约其大宗量开发利用的重要原因之一。分析了引起钢渣体积安定性不良的三个重要因素(游离氧化钙、游离氧化镁和RO相),综述了钢渣骨料和钢渣微粉对水泥基材料体积稳定性的影响及危害,并介绍了一些改善钢渣骨料混凝土体积稳定性的探索工作,最后分析总结了钢渣体积安定化处理的技术进展。基于钢渣体积安定性问题及稳定化处理的研究现状,提出了今后需要加强探索与研究的几点建议。Bad volume stability of steel slag is one of important reasons that restrict comprehensive utilization of steel slag. The three important factors( i. e.,free calcium oxide,free magnesium oxide and RO phase) that cause poor volume stability of steel slag were analyzed,and the effects of steel slag as aggregates or supplementary cementitious materials on the volume stability of cement-based materials were summarized,meanwhile,some exploration works on improving the volume stability of concrete containing steel slag aggregates were also introduced. Finally, the technical progress on volume stabilization treatment of steel slag was analyzed. Several issues that are deserved to research for the volume stability and stabilization treatment of steel slag were presented.
