摘　　要：采用对比试验的方法,研究了不同石墨含量对金属结合剂金刚石磨具试样性能的影响。通过测定硬度、抗弯强度、抗冲击强度和磨耗比以及电镜观察磨削面的形貌,得出结论:当添加石墨的质量分数为3wt%时,金属金刚石磨具的磨耗比高达146.36,锋利度较高,具有较高的使用价值。Effects of the different graphite content on the performance of metal diamond abrasives were studied using the method of contrast test,measuring the hardness,bending strength,impact strength,abrasion ratio and observing the grinding surface pattern by the electron microscope. The experimental results showed that the grinding ratio of metal diamond abrasive reached 146. 36 when the adding mass fraction of graphite particle is 3wt% and the sharpness was high,which would make certain significance for practical application.
