江苏省基本公共卫生服务从业人员满意度调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解江苏省基本公共卫生服务从业人员对我省开展基本公共卫生服务项目的满意度以及对从事本行业自身发展的满意情况,为今后制定基本公共卫生服务相关政策和制度提供依据,并更好地保障基本公共卫生服务从业人员的自身发展。方法通过自行设计调查问卷,选取32个县(区)的疾控中心、社区卫生服务中心和乡镇卫生院,对基本公共卫生服务从业人员进行调查。结果对基本公共卫生服务项目中工作规范性满意度最高,为75.4%,从业人员对工作环境比较满意,为47.4%,对工资待遇满意度最低,仅为8.4%。结论需结合我省基本公共卫生服务情况,加强对基本公共卫生服务的组织领导,规范资金使用,优化人力资源,并出台相关政策保障基本公共卫生服务从业人员的自身发展。OBJECTIVE To acquire the satisfaction of practitioners working in the field of basic public healtu srvices for the basic public health services carring out in Jiangsu and how practitioners were satisfied with the development of the industry they were engaged in,so as to provide basis for the formulation of policies and regulations about basic public health services in the future and better protect the development of practitioners working in basic public health services.METHODS Investigating the basic public health services practitioners by using self-designed questionnaires and targets selecting from 32 counties or districts of the centers for disease control and prevention,community health service centers and health clinics in towns and townships.RESULTS Satisfaction about the working normative in health services was the highest（reaching to 75.4%）,satisfaction about working environment was 47.4%,salary satisfaction was the lowest（8.4%）.CONCLUSION Requiring a combination of basic public health services in Jiangsu,strengthening the organization and leadership of basic public health services,regulating the use of funds,optimizing human resources and introducing relevant policies to protect the development of basic public health services practitioners.
